ಕರುಳಬಳ್ಳಿ
ನನ್ನ ಎದೆಯ ಭಾವದಿಂದ
ಇಳಿದ ಕರುಳ ಬಳ್ಳಿ..
ಹೃದಯದಿಂದ ಕೈಗೆ ಇಳಿದ
ಹಾಡು ಇದೆ ಇಲ್ಲಿ..
ಜಪವು ತಪವು ಬೇಡವದಕೆ
ಮನದಿ ನಿತ್ಯ ನರ್ತನ
ಭವದ ದ್ವಾರ ಸರಿಸಿ ಬಂತು
ಕಾವ್ಯ ಧಾರೆ ಕೀರ್ತನ..
ನನ್ನ ಕವನ ನನ್ನ ಮಗುವು
ಬಂದು ನಲಿಯುತಿರುವುದು
ಮೇಲೆ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಜಗ್ಗಿ ನನ್ನ
ಆಟವಾಡುತಿರುವುದು..
ಬಾಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂಟಿತನವ
ದೂರ ಸರಿಸುತಿರುವುದು
ಪದಗಳೆಲ್ಲ ಒಟ್ಟು ಸೇರಿ
ಆಟವಾಡುತಿರುವುದು..

Prem ma'am my hearty Congratulations for this beautiful composition.. Really I am not getting words to express my happiness but one thing I can say, I am listening it again and again.. It touched my heart and while listening, I just remembered all my poems.. You compared poem with child, beautiful comparison!! .. Personally I love this poem..
