Song of Time
God has given us hours
Twenty four
We must make them
Reasonably ours.
No time bad and no day worst.
Let us give preference
To start good work first.
If we delay to do
Something ought to be done
Our mind later
mayn't permit none.
Good work to do
present is the right time
Future reflects with
Melodic rhyme.
So why to wait
To do something right?
Give little, share, bear..
Treat, greet, console
Let's find time
to do the above
Without thinking of
bad time!

ಸಮಯದ ಕವಿತೆ
ದೇವರು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿಹರು ನರರಿಗೆ
ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತ ನಾಲ್ಕು..
ಮುಗಿಸುವೆಯೇಕೆ ಸುಮ್ಮನೆ?
ಒಳ್ಳೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕೆ ಕೈ ಹಾಕು...!
ಕೆಟ್ಟದು ಹಾಳು ಎಂಬುದ-
ಸಮಯವೆ ನಾ ಕಾಣಲಿಲ್ಲ!
ಸದುಪಯೋಗಕೆ ಬರದಿರುವಂಥ
ಸಮಯವೇ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಇಲ್ಲ...
ಈಗಲೆ ಇಂದೆ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕೆ
ಉತ್ತಮ ಸಮಯವು ಅಲ್ವಾ?
ಸಾಧನೆಯದು ಈಗಲೆ ಆಗಲಿ
ನಾಳೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಬರಲಿಲ್ಲಾ...!
ಇಂದು ಮಾಡಿದ ಕಾರ್ಯ
ನಾಳಿನ ನಿನ್ನ ದಿನಕೆ ಬೆಂಬಲ!
ಬದುಕಿಗದೆಂದೂ ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯ..
ತಲುಪಲು ನಿನ್ನ ಮನದ ಹಂಬಲ!!
ಕಾಯದಿರು ಸರಿಯಾದ
ಸಮಯ ಬರಲೆಂದು ...
ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಿ ಬಿಡು
ನಿನ್ನಲಿರುವ ಈಗ,ಇಂದ...
ಇರುವುದರಲಿ ಹಂಚು,
ಕೊಡು,ಪಡೆದುಕೋ..
ಒಂದಿಷ್ಟು ಸಾಧಿಸಿ
ಹೆಸರ ಬಿಟ್ಹೋಗು!!!
