ಸತ್ತು ಹೋದವು ಸತ್ಯ ಅಹಿಂಸೆಯ
ಉತ್ತಮೋತ್ತಮ ಗುಣಗಳು!
ಗಾಂಧಿ ತಾತನೆ ಮತ್ತೆ ಬಂದರೂ
ಕಲಿಸಲಾರೆ ಈ ಜಗಕೆ ನೀ..
ಕೀಳು ಎನುವ ಜನರ ನೀನು
ದೇವರ ಜನರೆಂದು ಕರೆದೆ,
ಹಿಂದೆ ಉಳಿದ ಮಹಿಳೆ ಜೀವನ
ಮುಂದೆ ಬರಲಿ ಎಂದು ಉಲಿದೆ..
ಭಾರತಿಯ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯಗೊಳಿಸಿ
ದಾಸ್ಯದಿಂದ ಬಿಡಿಸಿದೆ,
ಮಾನವತೆಯ ಶಾಂತಿ ಮಂತ್ರವ
ಜಗಕೆ ನೀನು ಸಾರಿ ಮೆರೆದೆ..
ಜಾತಿ ಮತಕೆ ಜಗಳವಾಡುವ
ಜನರು ಹುಟ್ಟಿ ಬರುತಲಿಹರು
ತಮ್ಮಂತೆಯೆ ಪರರು ಎಂಬ
ಸತ್ಯ ಮಾತನು ತಿಳಿಯದವರು..
ರಾಜಕೀಯದ ಸೋಂಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ
ಮುಳುಗುತಿಹರು ಯುವಜನರು
ಶಾಂತಿ ಮಂತ್ರವ ಬಿತ್ತಬೇಕು
ಅಹಿಂಸೆ ಮಾರ್ಗವ ಕಲಿಸಬೇಕು.
ಹುಟ್ಟಿ ಬಂದರೆ ಗಾಂಧಿ ನೀನು
ನಿನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಲೆ ಪಕ್ಷ ಕಟ್ಟಿ
ನಿನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಲೆ ಗುಡಿಯ ಕಟ್ಟಿ
ದುಡ್ಡು ಮಾಡುವ ಜನರು ಇಹರು..
ದುಡ್ಡಿಗಾಗಿ ಹೊಡೆದಾಟ
ಕುರ್ಚಿಗಾಗಿ ಬಡಿದಾಟ
ಹೆಣಗಳೆಲ್ಲ ಬೀಳುತಲಿವೆ
ಹೆಣ್ಮನಗಳು ನಲುಗುತಲಿವೆ..
ರಾಮರಾಜ್ಯದ ಕನಸ ಕಂಡೆ
ನಾಡ ರಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಪಣವ ತೊಟ್ಟೆ
ಪರರಿಗಿಂತ ಅಹಿತರಿವರು
ಹಲ ದೇಶಭ್ರಷ್ಟ ನಾಯಕರು..
ಕರಗಿ ಹೋಗುವೆ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಅರಿತೊಡೆ
ಅಶಾಂತಿ ಎಲ್ಲೆಡೆ ಮೊಳಗಿದೆ
ಬರಲೆ ಬೇಡ ಮತ್ತೆ ನೀನು
ಬಂದರೆ ನಿತ್ಯ ಬದುಕುತ ಸಾಯುವೆ..

You, treated untouchables as Harijan.
Dedicated yourself,
For progress of women's life.
You fought for freedom
And disenthraled India.
You taught humanity
To the whole world.
People are born only,
Struggling for castes.
Who never treated mankind,
A man, a creature of God.
Young people crazed in Politics.
We, human beings,
Have to teach them
Truth Non-violence and Humanity.
If you born again,
People loot innocent minds,
They make enough money,
On your name and teachings.
There are struggles for
Money, fiefdom,
There are uncountable of,
Dead bodies of women!
You dreamt about utopianism,
Stood for nationalism,
There were no bland people,
India was full of disloyal people.
I have ashamed for today's situation.
There is no peace.
You don't come again to the earth.
If you come,
I will dead alive.
