Celebration
We wanted to celebrate
Dasera festival grandly..
So we cleaned the house..
Very carefully..
Very neatly..
A fat spider lost its life
In the left corner
Of the hall..
A pregnant spider half died
In the right corner
Of the bedroom..
All the ant family
Burnt for powder...
The powder sticked on
The feet of the baby too..
Who sometimes sip her toes.
A cockroach was dancing
For the poisonous power of red hit, under the gas stove..
Vegetables were kept there..
God's photo would lose
It's dust today..
Soon after cleaning a lamp
Will be burnt to the god..
The black carbon it emits..
Rats run behind the house..
The one which was just got
Babies caught and killed
By the great owner...
Tomorrow dasera will be
Celebrated grandly..
With the relatives..
Who comes here..
To the home with family.
