Do not search your happiness outside,

Happiness increase when you share with others..
Happiness decrease when you start hiding with others..
It doubles if you share more..
It comes back you like a dove if you wish to share with all...
Sadness is the opposite of it,
Sadness is the enemy of it..
Happiness kicks out your Sadness..
It also kicks all your worries ..
Happiness is there in giving to others..
It is there in sharing your happiness with others..
It is in your bright nature..
It is in your good character...!
Never try to shrink yourself..
Be open to share your pleasure..
Pleasure reduce your pressure..
So that no BP no sugar..
Be happy no BP
Be pleasured, no pressure!
